Healthy candies with 3 ingredients

A healthy and easy snack to make !

• 130 gr of dried figs • 130 gr of dried dates • 200 gr of oatmeal • 2 tablesponss of cacao powder  • cinnamon

 

  1. Put the dates and figs in water to soak for about 30 minutes

  2. Drain the fruits and put them in a blender

  3. Add the oats, the cacao powder and a little bit of cinnamon to the blender

  4. Mix for 5 minutes

  5. Then take about 1 tablespoon of mixture and make small balls to create candies
