· 260 gr of zucchini or squash · 100 gr of oats · 500 ml of water
· 1 tablespoon of flax · 1 tablespoon of Hyper-tonic sea water

In a saucepan, grate the zucchini (or squash)

Add the oats, water and a little bit of salt

Cook for 5-10 minutes

Remove from heat and put in a bowl

Add the flax seeds and hyper-tonic water
