Oats with zucchini and squash

I’m showing you how I’m making my favorite breakfast right now!

· 260 gr of zucchini or squash  · 100 gr of oats  · 500 ml of water

· 1 tablespoon of flax  · 1 tablespoon of Hyper-tonic sea water

  1. In a saucepan, grate the zucchini (or squash)

  2. Add the oats, water and a little bit of salt

  3. Cook for 5-10 minutes

  4. Remove from heat and put in a bowl

  5. Add the flax seeds and hyper-tonic water
