In this recipe I explain how I make my homemade bread!
· 250 gr of flour · 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds · 2 tablespoons of chia seeds · 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda · 5 gr of salt · 120 gr of sourdough · 1 tablespoon of olive oil · 150 ml filtered water
1.In a bowl, combine the flour, sunflower seeds and chia seeds, baking soda and salt.
2. In a bowl, take 120 g of sourdough and mix it with the olive oil.
3. In the bowl of the dry mixture add the leaven and water.
4. Mix with a spatula and then with your hands for several minutes.
5. Place in a bowl and let it sit 2 to 3 hours then place in the mold and let it sit for the night.
6. The next day, put the oven to preheat to 220 ° c. On top of the bread (already in the mold) add a few sunflower seeds.
7. Bake for 5 minutes with a baking sheet filled with a little water in the oven.
8. After 5 minutes lower the oven to 210 ° C and cook for about 20 minutes more minutes.
