
I show you how I make my breakfast!

• 1/2 zucchini (grated) • 40 g oatmeal • 200 ml water • 1/2 sweet potato • frozen raspberries • frozen blueberries • 1 banana

In a small saucepan put the water, oatmeal and 1/2 zucchini (grated beforehand)

Cook for about 10 minutes

In a pan cook the sweet potato with a little water

In a plate put the cooked oats, banana, frozen fruit and sweet potato

Pour a little date syrup on top
