• 1 packet of kimchi noodles • 2 carrots • 1 zucchini • Salad
For the salad dressing : 1 tablespoon of mustard • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup • 1 tablespoon of balsamic • the juice of 1/2 lemon • garlic powder • 2 tablespoons of herbs (mint, parsley, basil ect ..)
In a pan with a base of water, cook the noodles and add the spices from the package.
Cut the vegetables into small strips
After a few minutes add the vegetables to the pan and cook until the noodles are done.
Add everything to a plate with salad and salad dressing.
