Russian vegan salad

Super simple Russian salad !

• 2 carrots  • 2 large potatoes  • 5 large pickles  • 1 red onion  • 150 g of peas  • 100 g of tofu  • 1 lemon  • 100 g of hummus  • salt

  1. Cut the potatoes and carrots into small cubes. And cook them in boiling water. Cook the carrots for 5-10 minutes and the potatoes 15-20 minutes

  2. Cut the pickles, red onion and add to a salad bowl

  3. Add the peas, potatoes, carrots and tofu

  4. In a bowl, mix the hummus with the lemon juice then add it to the mixture

  5. Salt to your taste and mix
