• 120g of oatmeal flour • 2 tablespoons of lean cocoa • 1 pinch of baking soda • Salt • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup • 1 tablespoon apple vinegar soup • 2 ripe bananas • 1 handful of cranberries or raisins • 50g of chocolate (2-3 tablespoons of almond milk)

  1. In a bowl, combine the oatmeal flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt
  2. In another bowl, crush the bananas, add the vanilla extract, maple syrup, apple vinegar then mix

  3. Mix the two mixture and add the dried fruits and chocolate
