Vegan breakfast

 

 

Hello guys, I made delicious healthy breakfast and wanted to share it with you, enjoy the recipe and watch the youtube video ♡

 

 

Ingredients :

 

Chia seeds  :

• 1 tbsp of chia seeds

• Enough rice milk to cover all of the chias seeds

• 2 peaches & 1 banana

•  1 tsp of coconut sugar


 Oatmeal :   

 • 2 tbsp of oats

 • Enough rice milk to cover all of the oats

 • 2 peaches & 1 banana

 • 1 tsp of coconut sugar

 

Directions :

 

Put the chia seeds / oats in a bowl.

Cover with rice milk & let stand 20 min.

Add the fruits (bananas & peaches.)

Sprinkle with coconut sugar.

Eat ♥
