Pancakes

We have made a delicious recipe of pancakes that is also healthy, so happy to share it here  ♡

 

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1 cup rice milk
  • 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of mashed banana
  • 2 tsp of olive oil
  • chocolate chips

 

Directions :

 

Put the flour & the baking powder in a big bowl.

Add the rice milk & apple vinegar.

Mix.

Add the bananas & the olive oil.

Cook the pancakes 1 minute on each side.

(Optional) Spread peanut butter & agave syrup.
