Christmas mash potatoes

A simple, delicious and cozy recipe made with unprocessed ingredients!

• 4 large potatoes • 400 gr of cauliflower • 1 piece of leek

• 1 tablespoon of hummus • 1/2 a lemon • garlic powder • red pepper flakes

  1. First cut all the potatoes and leek and cook for about 20 minutes in some boiling water

  2. Separate the pieces of cauliflower and cook in a small saucepan with water

  3. When the potatoes are cooked, set aside 2/3 of the potato water, salt and mix

  4. For the sauce mix the hummus and lemon juice with a little garlic powder

  5. When the cauliflower is ready remove the water

  6. On a plate put a few bits of cauliflower and pour a little of the mash potatoes over it. Then add the sauce on the mash and sprinkle a little red pepper flakes or chilli
