Vegan lasagna

A very simple and healthy recipe !




· 550 gr of ground meat (we used the brand -Next level hack- from lidl)

· 2x 700gr of tomato sauce

· 1 zucchini

· Lasagna sheets

· False mozzarella and false slice of cheese (bought at the coop)

· olive oil

  1. In a pan pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil and add the meat.

  2. Cook for about 10 minutes, add salt and pepper then pour the tomato sauce.

  3. Cut the zucchini in half then lengthways

  4. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes

  5. In a gratin dish, spread a first layer of sauce, then the pasta, the sauce, a few pieces of zucchini and then a little bit of mozzarella.

  6. Repeat 3 times and finish with 1 layer of pasta then tomato sauce and add a few slices of cheese on top.

  7. Cook for about 30 minutes (check with a knife if the pasta is cooked.)
