For the sauce: 1 tbsp. of soy sauce ; 1 tsp. of peanut butter sauce; 1 tbsp. of agave syrup ; 1 tsp. of balsamic ; a little bit of tabasco
Soak the spring roll pancake in water for 30 seconds to 1 minutes
Spread it out on a dry plate, put 2-3 mint leaves on it
Add the tofu, salad, a little bit of carrots and cucumber
Roll up and enjoy!
