Spring rolls with tofu and veggies

• Spring rolls pancakes • Salad • 1 carrot • Mint leaves • 1 half-cucumber  • Rice pasta

For the sauce: 1 tbsp. of soy sauce ; 1 tsp. of peanut butter sauce; 1 tbsp. of agave syrup ; 1 tsp. of balsamic ; a little bit of tabasco

  1. Soak the spring roll pancake in water for 30 seconds to 1 minutes

  2. Spread it out on a dry plate, put 2-3 mint leaves on it

  3. Add the tofu, salad, a little bit of carrots and cucumber

  4. Roll up and enjoy!
