Moussaka Vegan

A typical dish revisited ♥

· 2 eggplants

· 2 zucchinis

· 8 potatoes

· 1 onion

· olive oil

· 400 ml of soy milk

· 4 tablespoons flour

· Paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder

· 1 soy yogurt of 500 grammes

· 250 ml of water

· 350 grammes of tomato sauce

Cut the 2 eggplants in length about 1 cm wide. Cook on a 200 ° baking sheet in the oven for 20 minutes.

Cut the zucchinis, potatoes and onion into cubes. Cook in a pan for 20 minutes. At the end add tomato sauce & water.

For the bechamel : Cook the margarine and the flour for 1 minute. Add the milk little by little then add the yogurt and season.

In a gratin dish put a first layer of the potato mixture (half) then the eggplant and then the other half of the mixture. On the top add the béchamel.

Bake at 200 ° for 30-40 minutes
