Express Breakfast

A breakfast prepared in few minutes !

· 3 – 4 tablespoons red fruit soy yogurt

· 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

· 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

· 1 teaspoon of ground flax seeds

· 2 – 3 tablespoons of frozen red fruit

· 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

· 1 teaspoon of almond puree

· 1 half banana

1.In a bowl or deep plate add the yogurt, chia seeds, sesame seeds and flaxseed. Mix.

2. Add the frozen fruit, maple syrup, almond puree and banana.

3. (It is possible to let it sit for about 10-15 minutes before eating it)
