· 1 onion
· 1 tsp garlic powder
· 1 pepper
· 1 zucchini
· soya sauce
· tofu
· 300 ml of soy milk
· 1 tbsp flour
· cayenne pepper
· noodles
Cook with a little bit of oil the onion and garlic powder about 3 minutes
Cut pepper and zucchini and add them
Then add the tofu (marinate in soy sauce for about 30 minutes)
Pour the milk and the flour, add a little cayenne pepper (if you want it to be spicy)
Cook noodles and mix with the sauce
