Vegan Cookies

Hello guys, I am so happy to share with you my first post on the blog here. It is about veganised cookies. How I got the idea ? My son wanted those kind of cookies and found a recipe. I decided to replace the butter and the eggs and that’s how this really awesome recipe came out ♡

Ingredient :

  • 4 cups & 2 tbsp of flour
  • 1 cup of vegan butter
  • 1 cup & 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds soaked in water for 15 minutes
  • A few drops of water if the dough is dry

Directions :

Put 2 tbsp of chia seeds in 6 tbsp of water and soak them for 15 to 30 minutes.

Put in a bowl the flour and the vegan butter.

Mix it with your finger to obtain this type of dough, shortbread.

Add the sugar and the soaked chia seeds.

Mix again until it becomes a smooth dough.

Add a couple of drops of water if the dough is dry.

Form balls that you flatten and put them on a non stick paper.

Cook in the oven at 180 C or 350 F for 15 to 30 min depending if you’d like your cookies to be soft or crispy.

Let them cool down for a couple of minutes, if you are able to wait 🙂
