Vegan steak and mash potatoes

Delicious recipe !

· 2 vegan steaks

· 4 potatoes

· 2 carrots

· 1/2 fennel

· 1/2 pumpkin

· olive oil

· 2 gloves of garlic

· 1 tsp of vegetables broth

· salt and peper 

  1. Cut the vegetables in small pieces

  2. In a saucepan put 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of vegetable broth

  3. Add the carrots and 1 glass of water, cover and cook over high heat for 5 minutes

  4. After 5 minutes add the remaining vegetables and 1 glass of water, lower the heat over medium heat and cover. Cook for about 15 minutes

  5. In a pan pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 crushed garlic clove and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the steaks, salt and pepper.

  6. Cook the steaks about 5 minutes for each side.

  7. Remove 2/3 of the water from the vegetables and salt. Add 1 tablespoon and a half of margarine

  8. Crush the vegetables to make a mash
