Vegan spinach pasta

A delicious, simple and tasty meal

 

 

 

· 1 onion

· 1 teaspoon garlic mashed (or garlic powder)

· 1 tablespoon oil

· 300 gr of spinach

· 400 g of tagliatelle or spaghetti

· 1 tsp of vegan broth

· 2 tbsp tomato paste

· 4 tbsp of hummus

· 350 gr of tomato sauce

· Rucola

 

Cut the onion and cook for 3 minutes with the garlic

Add half of the spinach cook for 3 minutes then add the other half

Cook the pasta

In spinach add broth, humus, tomato paste and tomato sauce

Serve with the rucola & enjoy ♥
