Croissants with vegan tuna

 

Hello today a recipe of my grandmother that we veganised, croissants with vegan tuna !

 

1 half pepper · 1 quarter onion · chickpeas

vegan mayonnaise · garlic powder · pepper

dill · salt · parsley · curry · puff pastry

 

 

Cut the onion, the pepper & rinse

the chickpeas.

Put in a bowl the chickpeas, the pepper, the onion

garlic, salt, pepper, dill, mayonnaise

curry, parsley & mix everything.

Cut the dough in half (in length), then in triangle

(see the picture)

 

Put about 1 teaspoon on the wide side

& roll the croissant.

Bake for about 15-20 minutes at 200 ° ( 350 F)
