Healthy meal that helped me lose 5kg

• 1 half squash • Mixed salad • Cherry tomatoes • A few mint leaves • 2-3 tablespoons beans • 1 tablespoon of hummus • 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice • Onion sprouts • 1 teaspoon of vegetable broth

  1. Cut the squash into cubes and cook it in a water base with the broth

  2. In a deep plate or a bowl put the mixed salad

  3. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the mint in small pieces

  4. Add the squash, beans, fresh mint and fresh onions

  5. For the sauce, mix the hummus and lemon juice and a little bit of salt

  6. Mix and enjoy!
