Veggie Sushis

• Sushi rice  • 1 carrot  • 1 cucumber  • 1 avocado  • Fresh onion

• Nori sheets for sushi  • Arugula

  1. Take out and spread rice on a plate so that it cools more quickly

  2. Cut the carrots, cucumber, avocado and fresh onion 

  3. Spread rice on a nori sheet

  4. Then add the bits of carrots, cucumber, avocado, fresh onions and arugula

  5. Roll everything up then cut into slices
