Vegetables Pie

 

Hello guys here is a new recipe we hope you like it ♥

· 1 zucchini · 2 tomatoes · 1 puff pastry

· 2 tablespoons of vegan butter · 2 tablespoons flour

· 400 ml milk · salt · pepper · garlic powder

 

Cut very finely the zucchini and the two tomatoes

 

Cook in a pie pan (add vegan butter for it not to stick)
the puff pastry (only) for 5 minutes at 180 ° (prick with a fork)

 

For the bechamel melt the vegan butter and add the flour

 & cook for 5 minutes. Add the milk gradually

Add the vegetables in a circle (see photo)

and add the bechamel sauce on top

Bake 20 minutes at 180 ° (350 F)
