VEGAN Tuna Sandwich

Two vegan tuna sandwich recipes. Perfect for lunch!


For the tuna :  

• ¼ of pepper

• 1 box of 240 gr of chickpea

• 2 tbsp of vegan mayonnaise

• ¼ stalk of celery

• ¼ onion

• the juice of half a lemon

• garlic powder, dill, salt, pepper

In the sandwich :

• salad

• mustard

• tomato

• spinach


Rinse the chickpeas and smash them in a bowl

Add the mayonnaise and mix

Cut the vegetables in small pieces, put them in the preparation & season

Toast the slices of bread and spread the mustard on one slice and put on the other a layer of

the preparation & two slices of tomatoes and salad

Cut into triangle and enjoy 🙂
