Vegan porridge

Porridge with apples and berries

· 1 glass of oats

· 1 glass and a half of water

· 1 glass of milk

· 2 tablespoons maple syrup

· 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar

· 1 apple

· red fruits

· 1 tsp of chia

 

Cook the oats and water for 5 minutes

Add the milk and continue cooking for a few minutes, then add the maple syrup

Remove from heat then pour in the coconut sugar

Cut the apples into small pieces and add them with the red fruits

Then pour the chia seeds
