Vegan Lasagna

Vegan lasagna … yum ♥

 

· 1 tofu and a half

· 1 and a half cup of soy milk

· 2 onions

· Spices (salt, pepper, curry, garlic powder)

· Nutritional yeast

· 3 canned chopped tomatoes

· Lasagna sheets

· Vegan cheese

 

Cut the two onions and cook for a few minutes in a little bit of oil

Add tomato sauce, season with garlic, salt and pepper

In a mixer add the tofu and spices and the nutritional yeast , mix, then add the milk little by little to find the right consistency.

Preheat the oven to 200 °

In a baking dish, start with a layer of tomato sauce; lasagna sheets ; tomato sauce ; tofu sauce then lasagna sheets ; tomato sauce ; tofu sauce …

On top add the vegan cheese and bake at 200 ° for 30 to 40 minutes
