Tagliatelle with vegetables

How to reduce the calories of your pasta!

• 250 g of pasta • 200 g of mushrooms • 1 zucchini • 1 red pepper • garlic powder • 1 teaspoon of vegetable broth • 300 ml of soy milk • 200 ml of tomato sauce

  1. Boil water and cook 250 g of tagliatelle

  2. Cut the mushrooms, zucchini and pepper into medium pieces

  3. In a frying pan, put a little water and sprinkle with garlic powder

  4. Add the mushrooms first and cook for 5 minutes

  5. Add the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes

  6. Drain the pasta and add them to the vegetables

  7. Pour in the soy milk and tomato sauce

  8. Salt and taste
