Homemade sauerkraut

Homemade Sauerkraut  ♥

 

· 1 red cabbage

· 2 tsp of salt

· 1 tsp of probiotic

· 1 lemon

Remove the first layer of leaves

Cut cabbage in half and then quarter and slice finely

Put everything in a bowl and add salt and lemon mix for 3-5 minutes

Add the probiotic and mix

Put in a jar and press, then add water (salted beforehand) then press again to remove all the air

Leave to ferment for 3-4 days at room temperature
