Halloween cookies

• 100 gr of oatmeal • 300 gr of pumpkin • 1 teaspoon of yeast • 1 pinch of baking soda • 1 tablespoon of cocoa • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract • 100 gr of dark chocolate

  1. Cut a pumpkin in half and cook it for 20-30 minutes in an oven at 180 °c.

  2. Take 300 gr of the flesh of the pumpkin and crush it in a bowl

  3. In a blender, mix 100 gr of oatmeal. When the flakes are well mixed, add the yeast and baking soda.

  4. In the pumpkin add the maple syrup and the vanilla extract, mix. Then add the flour, and mix well again.

  5. Cut the chocolate into small chips and add to the mixture

  6. On a plate make balls and flatten them

  7. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20 to 30 minutes
