Hello, today our first recipe of vegan cookies
· 110 grams of vegan butter · 220 grams of brown & white sugar
· 60 ml of milk · 1 tsp of vanilla or raspberry extract
· 250 grams of flour · 1 tsp baking soda
· 1 tsp of baking powder · 80 grams of chocolate chips
Mix the vegan butter & the sugar in a bowl
Add the milk and the raspberry extract (or vanilla)
and mix
Add the baking powder and the baking soda in the flour
Add half the flour mix
then add the other half
Add the chocolate chips and form balls,
put them on a well-spaced baking tray
Bake for 5 to 10 minutes (mellow or crunchy) at 180 °
