Bouddha Bowl

A super simple and healthy recipe ♥

 

• cooked rice
• 1 package of firm tofu
• 1 zucchini
• Corn
• Salad
• Rocket salad
• 1 tsp of beans paste & garlic
• 1 tsp of chili paste
• 1 tsp of sesame seeds
• 1 tsp of agave syrup

 

In a bowl mix the chili paste, bean paste, the agave syrup and the sesame seeds

Cut the tofu into slices and dip in the sauce. Sauté in a frying pan for about 5-7 minutes

Cut the zucchini into slices, pour into the remaining sauce and cook for 5-10 minutes

In a bowl put some rice, salad, arugula, corn and add zucchini and tofu, squeeze some lemon juice over and enjoy !
